The head of MegaFon said that the company has withdrawn from the capital of Svyaznoy. Before this, multi-billion dollar lawsuits were filed against the retailer, and now the company is in a pre-bankruptcy state

The Svyaznoy chain has more than 2.6 thousand stores in 1.1 thousand cities in Russia, as indicated on the company's website. According to the SPARK service, 69.25% of the Svyaznoy chain belongs to the Cypriot DTsretail Ltd, another 24.8% to the Dutch Euroset Holding NV. The retailer has a subsidiary, Svyaznoy Service (a network of authorized service centers), in which it owns 50%. According to the results of 2021, the revenue of the Svyaznoy chain amounted to 105.4 billion rubles, net profit - 15.2 million rubles.
