"In 2022, the Standard was expanded, and the IQ cities methodology will reflect these changes accordingly. The creation of a universal high-level system for assessing the effectiveness of entities' work on digitalization is a priority for us," noted Daria Dolgikh, Deputy Director of the Federal Autonomous Institution "Project Directorate of the Ministry of Construction of Russia".

The strategic session was attended by representatives of the Government of Altai Krai, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, representatives of MTS, SKB Kontur, VimpelCom, the Big Three, GLONASS, Avtodoria, Digital Platforms and Smart City Solutions (Rosatom State Corporation), Unicorn (Er-Telecom), Sitronics, the Association of National Management Systems and other organizations.
