What are the phases of the eCommerce sales funnel?

The funnel phases are classified into three actions, which correspond to the top, middle and bottom of the funnel.

TOFU. This acronym stands for “Top of the Funnel” and it includes people who, despite having information and stimuli about the product or service, do not express a desire to buy.
