Some of the topics you will find in the e-book have already appeared on the blog: installing the Facebook pixel, setting up basic audiences, etc. However, this mainly concerns the basic information necessary to get started.

The vast majority of the content you’ll find here is stuff I haven’t written about before. I’ve spoken about it at conferences and I’ve shared it with participants in my advanced Facebook advertising trainings , but this is the first time I’ve shared it with a wider audience in written form.

So we have a scale from 0 to 10 and let's assume that we are preparing an online survey that collects something like this and it would be worth learning at this point how to evaluate or interpret the results that we get.

Well, it is assumed in this methodology that each answer from 0 to 6 falls into the so-called critics' segment. We assume that such people are dissatisfied with the service they receive.
