Approval application function
"Arara Message" has an "approval function" to prevent misdelivery.

This system works so that the delivery reservation is only completed once you have created the email body and pressed the approval button.

After composing the email, the person in charge will send a request for approval to the approver.

In these cases, the person in charge had to use other means of notification, such as email or verbal request, and the process could not be completed with just the "Arara Message."

Requesting approval up until now has been time-consuming

That's why we've added a new "approval request feature."

This makes it possible to notify approvers by email via "Arara Message."

No more having to use separate channels for approval!

Automate approval requests via email

Delivery status notification function
In order to check whether email delivery started as scheduled and when delivery was completed, the only way to check was to check the delivery history on the management screen.

We also received many requests to be able to know when distribution starts and ends without having to look at the management screen.

We have added a "Delivery Status Notification Feature" that notifies the delivery status to the specified email address when delivery begins and when the number of completed deliveries reaches a set value.
