The life of a cosplayer is hard. I stood for 20 minutes watching a girl dressed as a League of Legends champion trying to get through a corridor about 100 meters long. She walked step by step, constantly turning around her own axis for photos with newer and newer fans. Finally, she ran away, resigned. At least hostesses get paid for such work!
The whole event had a big impact on social media. After all, I was at an event where tweets from germany rcs data people from the so-called industry were a big minority. Instagram was crazy with new photos with the #IEM tag (I recommend checking it out). The only thing I missed was a screen where I could see what people were writing. The presenters promoted the hashtag so much, and there was no possibility of watching it on a big screen, which is a shame.
Will I go next year? I hope so! And by then I'll either get a camera or a phone with a better camera, because with the whole famous HTC One module I'm not very good at these types of conditions.
