I'm a blogger, I'm a sucker

It started with Allegro. In exchange for following their Twitter account, I got a Christmas hat with the logo of my favorite social network. Nice deal. As soon as it arrived, I did what a normal Facebook user does in such a situation. I took a selfie and posted it online. Like this:

That's when it started. Comments and private messages with one message: "you're a loser."

Why? Because I'm advertising the brand for free . No, in exchange for a few zlotys (that's how much commentators estimate the cost of producing the cap) + a tenner for the courier. In the meantime, I should charge a few hundred for it. "Sorry hong kong rcs data Allegro, if you don't grease it, thousands of fans, subscribers and readers of your logo on my head won't see it."

Even more interesting were the cool calculations of other bloggers who wrote to me privately. In their opinion, since I wanted to throw in this hat, I should take a picture of it on a mascot, an animal, a wall, but not on myself. After all, I am supposedly a brand and in this way I give them my image for a sucker.

Everything is correct, because if that's the situation, I'd rather be a sucker. I don't count every gift from a company against the benefits I can get from it. Because if I feel like taking a picture of myself in a cap with a brand's logo, I fucking do it. Without issuing an invoice. Without thinking that I've lost the opportunity to make easy money.
