Extensive and detailed insights into an exciting project with employee brand ambassadors that go far beyond the usual scope of case studies: Together with my client Schwabe Austria, I wrote a case study about the corporate influencer project that was launched in the company in 2020. It is available for free download here.
Corporate influencers: A topic that every company should be dealing with today. Visible employees play a decisive role in shaping the image of the employer brand (not only) on social networks - whether this is done consciously or not. However, many decision-makers and communications managers are only just beginning to think about it. This makes practical experience all the more sought after. But the number of detailed publications on corporate influencer programs to date is manageable. And not every company lets you see its cards close to its chest, even if employee brand ambassadors are already being specifically promoted.
I am therefore all the more pleased that I can publish a case chinese america data study together with my customer Schwabe Austria, a leading manufacturer of phytopharmaceuticals in Austria, which in its comprehensiveness and wealth of detail goes far beyond the usual level of case studies. The study describes the objectives, direction, project phases, roles and areas, KPIs and successes. The paper is supplemented by a few direct quotes with which those involved summarize their experiences.
The pilot project focuses on the LinkedIn platform. It started in 2020. It will continue in 2022 with even more people from the company, and we are already in the middle of this year's workshop and coaching program. There is also a brief outlook on this in the case study.
In my opinion, the case study provides practical insights and plenty of information about possible approaches for all those who are working on the topic or want to deal with it for the first time.
Many thanks to Dr. Fritz Gamerith, CEO of Schwabe Austria (link to LinkedIn profile), to Elisabeth Mondl, the initiator and project manager in the company (link to LinkedIn profile), as well as to the corporate influencers involved.
