The proposal for a new media law is not a disappointment, as most commentators have noted. It is much worse: it is a complete failure. With its proposal, the Federal Council has created a smokescreen in which all professional observers have become entangled. And that was hardly an oversight, but rather the clear goal.
In many European countries, the media debate is increasingly dominated by the question of the legitimacy of public broadcasters, which are not only funded by billions in compulsory fees, but also thailand rcs data enjoy other privileges.
