Many users recommend using additional email search tools (such as Hunter.io) in combination with ZoomInfo to avoid accidental inaccuracies.
That said, if you have already identified specific contacts in the mid-market or enterprise sector (mostly in North America) and are interested in their contact details, then ZoomInfo might be the best tool for you. After all, companies with thousands or more employees usually have reliable contact information.
If you are targeting smaller companies, or companies outside of North America, the data offered will not be as useful to you.
ZoomInfo prices vary widely, so you'll likely have some room to haggle. The average price seems to be around $5-7k per year overseas chinese in worldwide data for 5,000 contacts as the smallest package (as of 2019), however, some users have shared that the same package cost them $16-20k per year.

DiscoverOrg
Who is it suitable for? Companies with more than 10 sales representatives and a revenue of more than 10 million crowns.
Businesses, companies
DiscoverOrg recently acquired Zoominfo, so their platforms fall into a similar area, but with a few key differences.
DiscoverOrg is great if you're targeting large enterprises, but it lacks data for smaller businesses and companies outside of North America.
This is one of the more expensive platforms (average price is around $30k per year) because it conducts research manually and provides detailed rankings that identify key decision-makers. It also provides alerts for opportunities and information about other companies’ work on new projects.
Users confirm that the accuracy of email and phone contacts is around 80% – similar to ZoomInfo – and the data is particularly accurate when targeting IT contacts. However, targeting is less accurate when targeting marketing contacts and the like.
Another big difference is that when you purchase data from Discoverorg, you do not become the owner of it. You are therefore required to return the data after your contract expires.
And finally, one more disadvantage is that you only have access to the verticals you have signed up for, so if you ever look for data outside of your vertical, you have to arrange a new contract.
