In its latest research note entitled “The future of work in 2030. four atmospheres?” , the international network and think tank RGCS also offers a plural vision of the future of work.
We first present eight paradoxes at work in current work and management practices. They highlight the tensions and dilemmas that are at the heart of work transformations. mobility vs. sedentary lifestyle; entrepreneurship vs. dependence; freedom vs. security; autonomy vs. control; digitalization vs. corporeality, etc.
