Abidjan, March 24, 2023 (AIP) – A Moroccan-based service company, “Berexia Digital,” specializing in information systems architecture consulting and software design and development, aims to contribute to strengthening the digital capabilities of businesses in Côte d’Ivoire, particularly SMEs.

During the company's thailand mobile database on Thursday, March 23, 2023 in Abidjan-Cocody, in the presence of the Moroccan ambassador, its sales and operations director, Anas Fassi-Fihri, indicated that his structure is ready to support SMEs and other companies in prospecting and identifying projects.

The digital enterprise also serves to automate processes and assess the cost of certain tasks that need to be completed, and especially to ensure transparency and access to data. It operates in the fields of education, health, construction, agriculture, transportation, banking, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

The objective being, among other things, the strengthening of digital infrastructures, the reinforcement of cyber security, the improvement of digital governance as well as the promotion of digital entrepreneurship, explained its consultant, Abdelilah Benryane.

To make Côte d'Ivoire the digital hub of West Africa, a national digital development strategy for 2025 was adopted at the Council of Ministers on December 22, 2021. This Plan will lead the Government to initiate 32 reforms and carry out 96 projects over the period 2021-2025 for an investment of 2,000 billion CFA francs.

This national strategy is structured around seven fundamental pillars, including digital infrastructure, digital services, digital financial services, digital skills, the business environment in the digital economy sector, innovation, cybersecurity and digital trust.
