Among other things, we created a field where a specialist accurate mobile phone number list can select the license validity period from a drop-down list (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, a year, and two years). This information is enough for the business process, which I will discuss in more detail later, to calculate several dates:
when it is time to inform the responsible person about the imminent expiration of the license (for example, for an annual license, a month in advance);
when it's time to create a new deal in the sales direction for the commercial department;
when the transaction accompanying the previous license is closed, since the license itself expires on that date.
How many people work on a deal and how can you avoid getting confused among them?
Due to the specific nature of the client's work, we have provided the following responsible persons for transactions concerning licenses:

the person responsible for the transaction is an employee of a commercial structure who is directly involved in the sale;
the person responsible for drawing up the contract is the person who will participate in the business process of creating the contract for this transaction;
License holder - the person to whom the business process assigns the task of obtaining a new license.
It is this composition of the transaction participants that fully reflects the specifics of our client's work. It will not be possible to get confused among them, since the system will meticulously distribute tasks and responsibilities between them, and they will only have to complete the assigned tasks.
