Its impact on the world of SEO and communication

Post by Bappy10 »

If artificial intelligence has become the dream team of technological advances, ChatGPT seems to stand out as its star player. The text creation tool is capturing the attention of the industry and it also seems that, despite its emerging development, many professionals already use it in their daily work.

In a new episode of the Flat 101 podcast, they have decided to dedicate a space of their conversation to this emerging technology. During the episode, they analyze the advantages and disadvantages of artificial intelligence applied in the day-to-day of a digital project. Mainly, they focus on ChatGPT and analyze how the tool can become an ally to improve SEO or Analytics by increasing productivity.

To do this, the hosts of the program, Iker Jericó and Michel Vallés, welcome Carlos Sanz, alias 'Chiki', who is SEO at Flat 101, and an ideal expert to address this topic.

Each of those present acknowledges that they have already used it switzerland number data regularly in their daily work. However, they recognize the limitations that this application poses. “I have realized that these artificial intelligences are very literal. So, they are as intelligent as the prompt you give them. The prompt is the phrase that you tell the AI to generate the text ,” explains Michel Vallés.

The biggest revolution brought by this type of technology is that it provides, for the first time, the ability to automate creative processes, which allows workers to optimize their time. “It will allow you to be more productive, as well as avoiding tasks that are more tedious as an SEO. For example, when doing keyword research or when creating titles or meta descriptions ,” says Michel.

However, as Carlos points out, this tool also has certain limitations within these actions, such as sometimes exceeding the character limit indicated by offering longer meta descriptions than desired. It can also generate patterns when creating these meta descriptions that make them similar to each other.

This idea is related to what Michel Vallés mentioned at the beginning. Artificial intelligence is as intelligent as the human who enters the prompt. “The results will really be valid and reliable if the person who enters the question knows what he is doing, as well as being able to evaluate the result,” says Iker Jericó.

The sum of its qualities, however, is still far from achieving total autonomy similar to that of any other person. For example, ChatGPT does not yet have the capacity to create relevant and measured content on current information. Therefore, misuse of the tool can be detrimental to the quality of the information. “If the Internet is filled with ChatGPT, in the end it is very mediocre content. It is not content that you want to read, fresh or interesting. I agree that an editor should use chat as a base, but now the posts, news, blogs should not be filled with publications that ChatGPT has written” , concludes Michel.
