If online cancellation is activated, you can cancel individual domains as well as other services or entire orders quickly and easily via the customer menu. The cancellation can be made either "for deletion" or "for changing provider".

How to cancel a domain conveniently online:

Log in to the customer menu , click on “Customer management” at the top left and then on “ Online cancellation ”.
Find the appropriate order in the order list and click on “Edit order/domains” .
Click on "Edit" for the domain (or other service) you want to cancel . Under "Cancellation status" select "Deletion" or "Change of provider" and under "End date" select the desired date. Then click on "Apply" .
Tip: Have you changed your mind and would like to withdraw your domain cancellation? To do this, the online cancellation function for canceled domains offers you the additional option "Cancel" under "Edit" and "Cancellation status". If online cancellation is no longer possible, please contact contract processing via the customer menu.

Written notice of termination

If you have not activated the online cancellation, the cancellation must be made in writing. You can use our prepared cancellation form for this. Send us the completed and handwritten signed form by fax, by post or scanned as an email attachment (jpg or gif format). Unfortunately, cancellation without a signature by email or telephone is not possible.

How to use our form generator for written domain cancellation:

Select the domain (or other service) you want to cancel and click on "Form". Under "Cancellation status" select "Deletion" or "Change of provider" and under "End date" select the desired date. The cancellation form will be sent to you as a PDF file to the email address you specified in your master data.
Please fill out the form completely, print it out and sign it.
