1. Could you introduce yourself in a few words?
My name is Laurent Foulioux, I am 57 years old and I have spent my entire career in the banking environment. I started by working in a number of professions in a bank specializing in real estate, where I held various positions from field sales representative to branch manager, then group manager. Subsequently, I joined the Barclays group where I took responsibility for an insurance product brokerage structure which involved contract management, customer relationship management and commercial relations/assistance.
I left this establishment at the end of March 2020 in order to be able to devote myself fully to teaching, given my experience acquired over these many years. Previously, in parallel, I was already providing a certain number of courses and missions with different schools, dealing with finance professions but also on behavioral, that is to say, everything related to sales techniques and the management part of the sales and administrative team management center.
We built this MBA in
viber database Wealth Management with ESLSCA with the aim of bringing something different by giving it a very business connotation. That is to say that overall, the idea was that the teaching would be provided by wealth management professionals still working in companies, but for whom teaching is also part of their activity. Thanks to this, the teachers are completely in phase with current events and developments in the different professions.
You should know that ESLSCA has had a real culture of wealth management in recent years and that the objective was really to relaunch something innovative. To give you an idea, the MBA program is about 500 hours in person on a dozen learning themes that range from the human part (sales techniques, sales team management, etc.) to the back office, including of course, market finance, contract management / life insurance, real estate, real estate financing, etc.
The goal is to ensure that students who choose this course can become "generalist-experts". That is to say, people who have increased knowledge of all areas and not just specialists in real estate, life insurance or the stock market, but that they are much more open while having all the skills to be able, when taking up the position, to be immediately operational and above all to be able to meet the needs of customers in their entirety.
3. What are the selection criteria for entry?
Could you present the ESLSCA and more particularly its MBA in Wealth Management?
