Step 1: Installing and activating the plugin.
The first step to take advantage of WP STAGING is to install and activate the plugin. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your WordPress website admin panel.
2. Go to “Plugins” in the left side menu.
3. Click “Add New” and search for “WP STAGING” in the search field.
4. Once you find it, click “Install Now” and then “Activate” to enable the plugin.

Step 2: Create a staging environment.
Once WP STAGING is activated, you will be able to create a staging environment for your website. Here are the steps:

1. Go to “WP STAGING” in the left side menu of WordPress.
2. Click “Create New Staging Site .”
3. Provide a unique name for your staging environment so you can easily identify it.
4. By default, the recommended settings should work fine for most cases, but if you want, you can adjust the advanced options to suit your needs.
5. Click “Create Duplicate” to start the cloning process.

The plugin will copy all of your website's files and database to a new directory and provide you with a unique link to access your staging environment.

Step 3: Working in your staging environment.
Once you've created your staging environment, you can work on it as you normally would on your live website. Make changes, test new features, install plugins or themes, and make any necessary adjustments.

Please note that changes you make in the staging environment will not affect your live website.
