Rostelecom's Shared Service Center (SSC) has implemented the Russian Sherpa RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system from Sherpa Robotics for robotization of business processes. The platform will increase economic efficiency and reduce the dependence of routine processes on the risk of human error in all areas of the company's activities: from HR to the financial block.

Rostelecom PJSC did not disclose the implementation price. "This is a commercial secret. But we looked at the possibility of scaling the solution in advance and therefore agreed on a mutually beneficial offer for an unlimited version for several years in advance, which once again confirms our long-term plans for cooperation," Rostelecom's press service told a ComNews correspondent. In Rostelecom, a special competence center is engaged in solving robotization problems, the priority task of which is the search, implementation and migration from Western software to domestic. Therefore, all previously created robots will be transferred to the Russian solution, which is in line with the import substitution policy adopted by the company.
