Why exactly is project time tracking so unpopular?

Project time recording is much more consistent for meetings than for emails. It is beneficial that meetings are often noted in your calendar, so you can estimate the time afterwards. However, around 20% still do not record this time, and a sum of around €21,000 could be lost here.

Finding ideas
Just thinking and mental effort count towards the time you actively need for a customer.
