This week, the last module of the training program "Human Capital Management" was held. The lectures were attended by 23 participants: department managers, human resources managers and company owners who face the challenge of attracting, developing and retaining employees in their work. The six modules took place at the Park Hotel. The lecturers Dejan Vanevski and Polikarp Arsenovski from Triviti energetically and selflessly shared their knowledge with the rest of the attendees. "The lectures were with a special beautiful energy, the participants were carefully and engaged in the activities, motivated and inspired to transfer their acquired knowledge to their organizations, where they will aim to improve the recruitment process, employee engagement and performance management, planning and development of talents and future leaders, organizational culture, the salary system, benefits and in general, to improve human capital management." - said Polikarp Arsenovski. We are particularly pleased that the measurement of the satisfaction of the participants through the survey questionnaire is excellent.

All 23 participants rated the training with the cayman islands number dataset rating, and the most useful of all the lectures were the practical examples shared by the lecturers. All participants also had the opportunity to get to know each other and connect to exchange experiences in their organizations. They received certificates for successfully completed training. Additionally, at the last event, the content was enriched with a networking meeting, where participants in the free Career Development training program were also invited, which is implemented as a parallel activity by Triviti, for employed and unemployed people who are looking for their first job, a new job or career development.

In an informal atmosphere, the following companies presented their open job positions and future employment plans: Neocom, IT Labs, Macedonian Human Resources Association, Buchen Kozjak, Katlanovska Banja, Ad Verbum, Galop DV, Luthman Backlund Foods Production LLC, Law Firm Apostolska, Aleksandrovski & Partners, ALBO, Extrabis, Hasselt, Accent, Vivax, Mikei International, Norliga, Jabolchelo, Beta Consulting. “The success of the program is proof of our unwavering commitment to improving the growth and development of organizations, as well as human capital management. While we celebrate these achievements, we remain committed to developing our programs to meet the dynamic needs of individuals and companies.
