Bitkom criticizes negotiation outcome on EU copyright reform

The EU agreed on a new copyright directive on Wednesday.
Bitkom CEO Dr. Bernhard Rohleder explains :

"The copyright reform is a step forward for artificial intelligence . In all other areas, the directive only has losers. The EU has opted for upload filters and against freedom of expression.
