Marcin: About 2020. The facilities slowly started to open. People who had appointments during the period when they were closed changed their appointments and started to show up again. And from July, when there was practically no lockdown in Poland in 2020, they started to make appointments. And just as the holidays were always a weaker period in our commercial medical industry, it turned out that they were better than before the pandemic, because people simply had to catch up. That is, what they did not do in the second quarter of the year, they started to do during the holidays. Then we also saw that many of our compatriots, those who live abroad, had appointments in the second quarter and also came for various types of procedures.

We even did such a study and together with NEO Hospital - Szpital na Klinach from Krakow, we published the results regarding these migration issues from abroad, as it looked in the pandemic year. And here, the holidays were such a point, israel rcs data when these were not the best months, in this respect. And then, when the second, third wave came, i.e. after the holidays, then we did the rebranding, we saw that these private medical facilities were very well prepared to serve patients. They all protected themselves very well, prepared themselves when it comes to all these hygiene issues, these issues related to sanitary requirements and practically none of them closed. Maybe individual cases and this is usually related to the fact that, for example, someone from the staff had to go into quarantine.

In a facility with 15 employees, everyone went into quarantine, they had to close for 2 weeks. But there was practically no wave of closures of these facilities. It was visible that they were functioning normally. We also saw that at the beginning of autumn, or when it was still autumn last year, some patients were afraid to go to medical facilities.
