2.Consider other improvements

It would be good to keep such videos – I think – 15 minutes max, or even 5, 10 minutes. Which is good, because the free versions of Loom and Dropbox Capture allow for just such five-minute recordings.

The second issue is that the mere introduction of video form does not solve all the other problems that may arise when we operate in asynchronous work mode.

For example, someone can record a video, send it to us and ask for feedback, at which point it defeats the purpose. So, in addition to implementing these recordings, consider other improvements as well.

For example, we have adopted a rule that we do not write to team leaders after laos rcs data 12:00 – 14:00, apart from important matters, because this is the time that someone devotes to deep work, to tasks related to change in the organization itself, and not direct management.

Another example is that if you don't want someone to write to you at a given moment because you're unavailable, you're just starting your period of focused work – the so-called deep work – you can put an appropriate icon on Slack.

If the entire company adopts a set of emoticons or icons or Slack statuses that are set for when we should not be disturbed, it means that we should not be disturbed.

This is the hygiene of remote work related to this, which, in my opinion, is too rarely discussed in all the articles and materials that approach this topic so hurray-optimistically.
