Is it necessary to develop a job description for a marketer?

Post by subornaakter20 »

To determine the functions of blue-collar jobs, unified tariff and qualification reference books of jobs and jobs of blue-collar workers in the relevant sectors of the economy and production (ETKS) are used. Such instructions, developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Russian Federation, are designated as "production", but in fact they are job-related and are called exactly that in organizations. They contain the characteristics of the main jobs, determine their complexity, wage grades and the main requirements for the professional training and skills of blue-collar workers.

Professional standards form the basis of job descriptions developed by an organization.

A job description is a corporate, internal at&t email list document and the manager is obliged to familiarize the employee being hired with it. The employee must sign it before concluding an employment contract, according to Part 3 of Article 68 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

The organization has the right to create the document form independently, taking into account its own needs, since there is no officially established sample job description.

The standard form of the document in question includes the following sections:

General provisions: include information about the employee’s field of activity and qualification requirements.

Primary responsibilities: contains a list of tasks.

Rights: the ability to perform certain actions and make independent decisions may be secured.

Responsibility: types of responsibility for failure to comply with job description requirements, violation of company rules, failure to complete work tasks are prescribed.

The document is signed by the head of the organization, the immediate supervisor of the employee being hired, who will monitor the employee’s performance of professional duties, and by the employee himself, who agrees to responsibly perform the tasks.

The Role of a Marketer in Business
For business success in the modern market, the most valuable asset of an organization is the ability to develop a creative, interesting product, an original brand, build a high-quality distribution network, and expand its geography.

Surely you have noticed that this is directly related to the functions of marketing. It can be concluded that the sphere that creates an attractive product, promotes it, and brings it to consumers in a short time is extremely important for business.

Without the activity of a competent marketer, a business cannot do in the conditions of modern market trends. The most interesting, even unique product can be suppressed by a mass of similar goods, drowned out by the pressure of an aggressive advertising flow.

It is difficult to overestimate the work of a marketer who analyzes the situation, defines the target audience and builds interaction with it, creates an interesting sales proposition and promotes the brand in accordance with the needs of customers, thereby increasing the company's profits.

Why is the work of a marketer so important? What is its effectiveness? Let's try to figure it out. So:

A marketer helps to understand the consumer
Often, businesses believe that the company is developing a unique product, but the expectation of high demand is not met, consumers are indifferent to the trade offer. A marketer helps to understand the reasons for this situation. The specialist analyzes consumer behavior, customer preferences and can change or adjust the advertising strategy.
