For example, do you plan to expand your business over time and introduce museum guides?

Michał : We don't have to evict anyone! Museums themselves see the benefits of working with us and undertake them. Right now, our catalogue already includes a guide to the Kraków Aviation Museum. More and more places are joining. For them, this is a benefit – not having to buy, rent, charge, repair and synchronize equipment is a big saving.

We are currently focused on acquiring the best quality trips – hence our Kickstarter campaign – europe rcs data and testing new features of the app itself. We are constantly talking to users, watching how they react to changes and prototypes, to new ideas. We try to make it so that after a moment from putting on the headphones, the user forgets that they are wearing them and becomes the hero of the story.

J1B: You launched your campaign on Kickstarter… why not on one of the Polish platforms?

Michał : The Ultimate Guide to Europe is an international initiative, we are raising money for our partners from various European cities, and the basic language of the tours created as part of it will be English. The amount we are trying to obtain is also significant – 30,000 pounds. Polish websites are dominated by projects on a much smaller scale. All these factors made us choose Kickstarter. Of course, there is nothing to stop you from supporting us from Poland. We are counting on it very much.
