For me, the undisputed number one here is Izabela Ohler, who spoke about the philosophy of a project manager. Unfortunately, she dismissed the subject, discussing platitudes and obvious things. The whole thing basically boiled down to conveying how important it is to have the right, positive attitude and the ability to infect other team members with your enthusiasm.

This topic could have been developed much better, elaborated on. For example, talk about problems in working with international teams, etc. No, project management is an interesting field. Instead, I listened to something that is dealt with in textbooks on two pages of the introduction. I say this with regret.

Perhaps this is also due to the fact that Infoshare is a conference with a very diverse south korea rcs data profile of participants . In one room, there are both students new to the subject and industry veterans. What will be groundbreaking for some, because they are young, will seem boring to others. Here is a tip for the organizers - maybe it would be worth introducing differentiation between the level of individual presentations in subsequent editions, marking them somehow? Dividing them into "for beginners" and "for the initiated"? This would make the choice easier, especially when three interesting paths run parallel and one has a dilemma about where to go.

I take my hat off to the organizers and the city. I can't imagine any other city - even the capital - providing free buses for participants. And this is just one of many amenities and surprises. Good job. I already know that next year I will also visit GdaƄsk and sit in on lectures. Even if the equally hot weather encourages visiting the nearby seaside.
