Can I use Media Studio with an ad blocker enabled?

Which internet browsers are supported?
Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge are fully supported.
Safari is supported, except for uploading VOD custom thumbnails. Internet Explorer
is not supported .
Generally it works, however some features like adding users to your account will not work with ad blockers enabled. Either turn off your ad blocker or add the x domain to the allow list in your ad blocker. Then the page will load when you refresh.

How to add more users to your Media Studio account
Click the drop-down menu next to your name in the upper-right corner.
Click Edit Account Access Rights .
Click the Add access permission button.
Start typing the username of the user to whom you want to usa telegram data grant access and select it from the list of suggestions that appears.
Select a permission level from the list:
Studio account administrator.
Studio Contributors.
Studio Publisher.
Studio Analyst.
Studio Uploader.
Click Save changes .
Why do I see a blankwhite page when trying to edit access rightsrolespermissions in Studio?
Ad blockers will block the content of the page. Either turn off your ad blocker or add the X domain to the allowed list in your ad blocker. Then the page will load when you refresh.
Why doesn't my account appear in the username search field?
This most often happens if you have just created a username; wait 24 hours and then try searching for the username again. If the username still does not appear after 24 hours, please contact your Account Manager for assistance. If you do not yet have an Account Manager, you can submit a support request here: s:help.xforms
