Find out what wakes up your computer
First, you need to determine what is waking your Windows computer from sleep mode, which could be something as simple as certain connected peripherals like a keyboard, mouse, or headphones. To check this, follow these steps:

Use command line


In the Command Prompt window, type powercfg -lastwake and press Enter. This will show you the reason why your computer woke up randomly last time, such as a USB or Bluetooth device.



You can also check if the wake timer is enabled by typing powercfgwaketimers in the command prompt window and pressing Enter.



Run the above command powercfg -devicequery wake_armedand italy telegram data press Enter to view the devices that are causing your computer to wake up randomly. The device responsible for the problem will be displayed in the Command Prompt window. For example, here the problem is caused by a HID-compliant mouse.



Use the Windows Event Viewer
Open the Start menu, find Event Viewer and open it as administrator.



Once Event Viewer opens, click Windows Logs on the left and right-click System before clicking Filter Current Log.
