Make sure analytics tracking is set up properly. This review should ideally be done by expert analytics consultants who will look beyond the implementation of the tracking code. Make sure goals and events are set up correctly, ecommerce tracking is implemented, enhanced ecommerce tracking is enabled, etc. There’s nothing more frustrating than having no analytics data after your new site launches.
