We noticed that when logging into the unified application, the operator does not always need to be in the Available status right away. For example, if an employee logged into the RMO only to process a specific request from a colleague, transferred manually, or to close all current messages that are still in progress.

Open the "general" settings
Select the "Status when logging into the application" option
