First, you should convert what you want to accomplish into a checklist.
Joe's Check List
For me, most of the time, these check lists are just tasks one by one. For some tasks you can quickly set a time to complete, while for some tasks you can just be a reminder or even a plan for the future. Next, I will immediately record and save these tasks in my Task Pool whenever I think of them, whether I am at work, on the bus, or when I see a good idea when I am out.
I will put all the tasks I can think of into my “to-do list” by category. At the computer, just join using the web platform.
Classification
When the work is added, I can also give an estimated time to complete it.

The system will list the tasks according to the set Due Date and even remind me at the time. The convenience of To-Do List over Calendar is that it will stay in the pool until you check "Complete". However, although Calendar tools (such as Google Calendar) will also remind you, if you are unable to handle it at the moment, it will not remind you again.
Sometimes you have three or five tasks scheduled for the whole day, but something unexpected happens that day and you are busy in a meeting to resolve it, so those notifications will not appear the next day. This is why I use a to-do list tool instead of Calendar at work.
Then I take a few moments every day to review my work pool. For example, when you are taking the bus in the morning or after lunch, check what things need to be dealt with today and arrange a time for them; if today is too busy and some things need to be postponed, change them to a new completion time.
So, using this model, I no longer have to remember work and due dates. I just need to type all the required work into my Task Pool, and then organize and plan it regularly to ensure that important matters will receive proper attention. You can then focus entirely on your current work.
