In my opinion, Industrial Customer Experience is the main objective of a good Industrial Marketing Strategy. Talking about PERSONALIZED Value (products, tools, services, etc.) and not just generic aspects (products) is the key.

NEED TO “COEXIST” WITH SALES, DATA AND TECHNOLOGY
