B2B (Business to Business)

C2B (Consumer to Business)

Some influencers are an example of the C2B model: when a client does work for the brand. The payment is not necessarily in the form of an exchange, but can be remunerated in a traditional way.

C2C (Consumer to Consumer)

C2C commerce is carried out between end consumers, who trade products with each other. It is a more informal relationship than the previous ones, since it can take place through social networks and discussion forums. However, there are many well-known websites that mediate transactions between customers.
A common practice in this model is the trading of used items on product sales and exchange pages, functioning as “online thrift stores”. Transactions of this type tend to reach a wide audience and have a lower average ticket.
