If you only need a single report (e.g. for an initial meeting with a potential new customer or for customer acquisition), leave the preselection Direct .
If you want to create an automated report that is generated regularly, you can specify whether it should be generated weekly or monthly . This is especially useful if you're an agency, for example, and want to keep your clients up to date.
