The third point is the standardization of processes, that is, the scalability of certain internal tasks. Obviously, in franchising, the standardization of procedures is essential for a successful business organization .
The Operations Manual is the main document for franchising development.
Let's go back to the example of the pizzeria, Mr. Rossi is very good at managing his business because;
He works directly inside it in first person;
Because he has a great deal of experience (he has been making chinese thailand data pizzas for 20 years);
Because the wood oven has no secrets for him, he knows exactly how to understand the correct oven temperature by feeling;
From experience he knows that the pizza must first be warmed up a little on the oven door and then placed inside;
He knows when to turn it and when it is cooked to perfection;
He knows how to maneuver it inside the oven and he doesn't even need a stopwatch to know that he has to cook it in a minute and a half or two minutes. He just needs to see the dough turning amber to understand that it is ready to take out of the oven.
