Standardization of processes

The third point is the standardization of processes, that is, the scalability of certain internal tasks. Obviously, in franchising, the standardization of procedures is essential for a successful business organization .

The Operations Manual is the main document for franchising development.

Let's go back to the example of the pizzeria, Mr. Rossi is very good at managing his business because;

He works directly inside it in first person;
