Compromises or so-called special conditions are always a mistake! Imagine that we are on the phone with a very busy affiliate, who wants to start immediately but has no money.
Many franchisors in this situation choose to:
get paid only an advance
split the payment into installments
advance the money for the affiliate himself
act as guarantor for an affiliate loan
Especially in the first affiliations, the franchisor must NEVER allow these special conditions, because the consequences could be dangerous:
