The SCALES project is based on DLT (Distributed Le d ger Technologies ) , which is based on the importance of access to data in a controlled form, in compliance with current regulations, but with the aim of being able to develop new services at affordable costs. Furthermore, the structure of blockchain and DLT technologies allows the integration of control mechanisms that allow the traceability of each operation, an element that we have seen to be fundamental to guarantee the transparency of transactions , especially in the field of Public Administration purchases . In particular, the SCALES architecture allows for secure payment-invoice reconciliation , avoiding the risk of double payment. In the near future, therefore, it will be necessary to evaluate the possible applications of this new architecture in our e-procurement system.
To effectively support the implementation of projects created under the afghanistan phone data Recovery Plan (but not only) and to profitably advance the transition to digital throughout the European territory, not only significant investments are essential, as we have seen, but also legislation and a set of solid and shared technical standards . Cooperation and interoperability are essential requirements. Many are the bodies that deal with preparing and coordinating these standards at national, European and international level. The standards guarantee, among other things, uniformity, wide diffusion and high levels of quality of services, moving precisely in the direction of a European Single Market.
