The FTP method is definitely easier in our opinion. However, you can also disable all plugins using phpMyAdmin . This is a database management tool that you can access from the dashboard of your hosting account.
Note: When using this method, please create a full database backup first to avoid errors in case something goes wrong.
First, you need to log in to your web hosting account dashboard. Then, find the phpMyAdmin icon and click on it.
If you are using Bluehost , you need to go to the “Sites” tab and click on “Settings” for your website.
