Types of search queries
Depending on the user's intent, keywords can be divided into:
Vital (navigational, brand)
The user searches for one specific site. For example, queries "site lenta.ru", "vkontakte my page", "sberbank online".
Informational
The user wants to find answers to questions such as “what is”, “how”, “why”, “why” and similar ones.
Commercial (transactional)
The user is already looking for a contractor, product or service provider. Types in the search: "buy a jcb 3cx excavator cheap", "honda engine repair price", "refrigerator catalog", "sushi delivery", etc.
Media queries
In such phrases, the user adds the words “tractor photo”, “Valery Meladze listen to songs”, “Hobbit watch video”.
Yandex and Google separately use different ranking formulas for queries taking into account the user's geolocation:
Geo-dependent
The user wants to find a site in his region. For example, "sushi delivery", "order repair", "fix a washing machine", "printing house". And also a group of queries "city museums", "weather", "exact time".
The user does not care about the region of the sites found. For example, "download an essay on marketing", "how old is Alla Pugacheva", "when was the Battle of Kulikovo".
Queries with toponyms
It is important for the user to find a site in the desired city. But not necessarily in the one where the user is currently located.
Since users have different intent, the search engine ranking teacher phone number data will be different for each type of query. Therefore, it is important to separate the methods of promoting a commercial site from a blog and an information site.
