Is my website penalized by Google?

Of course, there are some cases where developers make use of Black Hat techniques , and then the site can be punished (this is a risk you run when you decide to do SEO without professional guidance).
However, in 90% of cases, the problem is not with Google or the search engines, but rather with your own site, so before you think that you are being punished by the search engines, analyze the three fundamental factors that also cause a site to lose its ranking (position) on Google (without the punishment).
1) Your competitors are not standing still : They are probably investing in SEO, and it is obvious that this causes your positioning to drop, because in the first place there are russian phone numbers only 10 sites, if someone new came in, someone had to leave, right? However, when I said that the competitor is investing in SEO, I am not talking about money, but about quality. Because quality SEO is that which has good strategies, competition and keyword studies.
2) Your company has stopped and is no longer investing in SEO : Just because you have reached the first page of Google does not mean you will stay there forever. Website Optimization and Web Marketing work the same as traditional Marketing. Investment must be continuous. The Internet never stops, and your website must always adapt to new technologies. If your website remains stagnant and outdated, you will slowly fall in the search engines, giving more and more space to new competitors.

3) Lack of Originality: Many websites are based on content from other websites, which is fine, but the biggest problem is when all the content is copied. Remember, for Google, content is KING, its goal is to always bring the best results to its users. Do you think it would rank two websites with the same content on the first page? Of course not, your website's content must be original. Only then will Google give more value to your website.
